And what can i say...it's one of the best games of all time. A game that marked my childhood, i absolutely loved it. Every single second of it. It took me a while to finally actually get how the emulator controllers work, yes, i had to play with an emulator, because i don't have an SNES, i mean, i have an SNES here, but it doesn't work, it's my old SNES, my father bought it, back in the 90s (or maybe 2000s, idk, but it was before i was born), it was the console of my youth, i loved it back then, I played so many games in it, Contra III (which we called "Rambo", because you know, he looks like Rambo), Alladin (i'm probably one of the few people in the world that has Alladin from the SNES as one of the favorite games ever), Star Fox, Street Fighter II, F-Zero, Top Gear, Top Gear II, a weird Sonic Hack that is actually just a game from that mexican dude from cartoons that i don't remember the name...Ah yes, Speedy Gonzales, i remembered it. I played a lot of games in it, until the console stopped working because dumbass 5 years old me intentionally dumped soda inside the place you put the cartridge i don't remember the name of that piece fuck it, what matters is that of course, it fried the console from inside and then it stopped working completely forever, no way to fix it. I mean, it had a way to fix it, but it would be too expensive, it just wasn't worth it. And of course, i spend the entire week crying about it.

I wouldn't get another console until the next year, when my mom and my grandma bought me a hacked pirate PS2 to me, which i loved and hold it to my life, until some lowlife robber took it and my Xbox 360 from me, together with my copy of Drakengard 2, this fucking country i swear to god.
Going back to the SNES, we didn't had many games that are considered as SNES classics, no Donkey Kong Country, no Megaman X, no Chrono Trigger, we're Brazilian, and we couldn't speak english very well, there wasn't even a point of buying it.
...But we had Mario World...And oh my god.
Super Mario World is one of my favorite games of all time, it's a nintendo masterpiece, Everything about it is just plain amazing, the music, the level design, the graphics, OH GOD. the graphics, this game is just gorgeous, and it's so much worth it.
I love everything about this game, it was one of my first hyperfixations that actually made sense. And wasn't being obsessed about turkey for 3 weeks.

I PLAYED THIS GAME SO MUCH. When i got an Emulator for the PS2 of the SNES, it didn't run half of the great SNES games, it didn't run Super Mario RPG, it didn't run Yoshi's Island, It run Super Mario World perfectly, and it was glorious. I got a multi system emulator, 1 year later, it had a NES with the original mario games, the emulator didn't save, yes the NES emulator (and also the Atari 2600 emulator) didn't do what every single emulator should do, SAVE. the SNES saved, so i could play Mario World, without having to play it all over again every time i turned it off.
This month i was playing some old games, i downloaded a NES, a SNES and a Game Boy emulator, and i've been playing mario a lot, i played super mario bros the day i thought i had a heart attack, i played super mario 3 twice, this game is also a masterpiece, and I REPLAYED SUPER MARIO WORLD. AND I LOVE THIS GAME A LOT.
That final boss battle is one of the best boss battles i've seen in my life, holy fuck, it's just amazing, it's the first bowser battle that doesn't suck. This game is amazing.
Do you know that my favorite Mario character when i was a kid was Yoshi???, yes, i like that green dinosaur, i think he's very nice. and god i don't even know what to say anymore. it's great. this game is amazing, this is not a review or anything. i just really like this game and i'm glad i finished it.
